"Such a worst experience.. I went to purchase raisin and decorating stuff in good faith.. and they themselves called me on ganesh chaturthi day.. I purchased things worth 1400rs. And the procedure they told me to mix things was co merely wrong and my products got wasted.. I got brahma kamal from 14000ft. By going on trek of 105km... Mr. SHYAM being so money minded just thinking of his money I was just saying that I used small quantity as a sample and found out it will not work.. so he said you can come and get your money back.. After I reached there he denied I never said whereas I just went in good faith to get something else of same money.. He said come next day..As if I am his servant I came from 50km again from Delhi... What a waste of time and his incompetence to deal with his customers.. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND MY INVALUABLE BRAHMA KAMAL I GOT FROM SO MUCH ALTITUDE.... Trusting wrong people will lead you loose your invaluable products which these people will never understand. Money minded Mr. SHYAM.. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND EFFORTS.. You will not go long with such attitude of promising to come and get money back..whereas I di t even came to get my money back but just solution to my problem"
